William Feazell Obituary, Death- According to the Harrison County Sheriff Brandon “B.J.” Fletcher, a homeowner who was protecting himself from an attempted aggravated robbery was responsible for the fatal shooting that occurred on Friday near Hallsville.
On Tuesday, the authorities determined that the deceased individual was William Joseph Feazell Jr., 39, from Marshall. According to Fletcher, there has been no arrest made because the evidence pointed to self-defense. Nobody has been able to pin down who the homeowner is. “It appears right now (as) it started as an aggravated robbery and they both struggled over the actor’s gun, and the actor suffered a gunshot wound during the struggle, and he succumbed to his injuries,” Fletcher said.

“Deputies arrived and discovered that one person had died as a result of their injuries,” the sheriff’s office stated at the time in their statement. Pct. 2 Justice of the Peace Judge Demisha Crawford made the official proclamation that Feazell was deceased at the scene. “We’re still waiting on some physical evidence to be processed or come through,” Fletcher said earlier. “We’re still waiting on some physical evidence.”
