Sharon Dicriscio Obituary, Death – On Thursday, a woman from Saxton was killed when she was driving on State Route 26 and drove over into oncoming traffic, causing a head-on collision with another vehicle.
Sharon Dicriscio, who is 65 years old and was driving south in a Ford Focus at approximately 5:50 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, crossed into the northbound lane for reasons that are unknown at this time. The incident occurred on a roadway that runs east–west. Following that, she was involved in a head-on collision with another vehicle, which was an International Eagle. It was found that Dicriscio had passed away while at the scene of the incident.
The impact sent the International Eagle into the southbound lane, where it struck head-on with a Cherokee Jeep that was going in the same direction. Both vehicles were heading in the same direction. The driver of the Jeep mentioned that they were experiencing some pain in their lower back, whilst the driver of the International stated that they were not injured in any way. The person who was driving the Jeep was rescued and brought to safety.
