Sandra Rivera Obituary, Death – On May 13, 2023, Sandra Mae Metoxen Rivera, who was 79 years old at the time, was forced to go back home because of health problems. She was born on May 31st, 1943. Sandra. She had a deep love for her mother, sister, and aunt.
After graduating from Freedom High School, she spent the next 45 years of her life working at Buddy’s Products in Chicago. Bingo and her turtles were two of her favorite things. Sandra never failed to provide for her family in any way. She enjoyed working as a vendor at Pow-Wows, providing assistance to her sisters, seeing the dancers, and listening to the drumming. She will be missed by many.
Her siblings Nancy Louise Hill and Edwina Metoxen, both of Oneida, as well as her parents Edward and Nancy Metoxen, all passed away before she was born. She is survived by her devoted son Marcelino David Rivera, as well as her sisters Betty Lucille Jorgenson, Donna Marie Ineguez, Ramona Jean Sternal, Wallean Gale Garcia, Norean Metoxen, and Linda Rae Herrera, in addition to a large number of nieces and nephews.
On Sunday, May 21, 2023, a viewing will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Ryan Funeral Home, which is located at 305 N Tenth Street in De Pere, Wisconsin 54115. Visitation will be held at Oneida United Methodist Church on Monday, May 22 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. The church is located at N6037 County Road E, Oneida, WI 54155. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM, and Pastor Jane Sommers will preside over it. They will be laid to rest in the Oneida United Methodist Cemetery.
