The passing of Patrick (Pat) Farrell Brickeens, who resided in Kenagh, Longford, has taken place. On May 19, 2023, Pat died away at the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar, surrounded by his beloved family. The day and location of his passing are unknown. His mother Margaret, father Michael, and brothers Noel and Tommy all passed away before he was born.
His bereaved wife Bernadette, his sons Brendan and John, his daughters-in-law Liza and Ciara, his sister Marion, his uncle Anthony, his grandchildren Aisling, Aidan, and Annie, as well as his nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, and hospitable neighbors and friends, all feel a profound loss because of his passing. May God grant him eternal rest On Sunday, the 21st, the body will lie in repose at Kelly’s Funeral Home on Athlone Road in Longford, N39 K381, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., and then it will be removed to Saint Anne’s Church in Curry, County Longford, where it will arrive at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be said on Monday, the 22nd, at 1 pm, and interment will follow in Moydow Cemetery.
