Mary Rollison Obituary, Death – Mary Beth Rollison, 64, of Jessup, died at Allied Hospice in Scranton on Thursday morning. Ricky Rollison, her spouse, preceded her in death. She was the late James H. and Marie T. Hudak Walsh’s daughter, born in Peckville. Mary Beth worked in medical billing departments at numerous Northeastern Pennsylvania facilities.
Her shining talent, on the other hand, was caring for others, which she accomplished with love, tenderness, and humility. Her legacy will be the unconditional love she offered to us. The family is grateful to Drs. Sobuto and Churilla, as well as the nurses and staff at Allied Hospice, for their kind and caring care. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to Allied Hospice, 511 Morgan Hwy., Scranton, PA 18508, which would most likely make her smile.
Her children, Eric Rollison and companion Beth Mellow, Montdale, and Benjamin Rollison, Jessup, survive, as does her granddaughter, Emaleigh Rollison, Greenfield Twp.; her sister, Kathleen Sherrieb and husband John Campbell, Lyme, N.H.; niece and nephew, Jessica Sherrieb and husband John Lim, and Jeremy Walsh; and grandnieces and nephews, Ian, Elinore, Alex, Kayla, and Michael.
She was predeceased by her brother, Bruce Walsh, a niece, Nora Sherrieb, and two nephews, Jeffrey and Jamie Walsh. The funeral will be held privately, followed by a blessing service at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Jessup. Louis M. Margotta Funeral Home in Jessup is in charge of the arrangements.
