Karen Sullivan Obituary, Death – On Friday, it was determined that the victim who passed away in a collision that happened on Interstate 264 at Crittenden Drive and included two automobiles was a 61-year-old woman from Louisville. The collision involved two vehicles.
According to the findings of the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Karen Sullivan was taken to University Hospital where she succumbed to injuries that were consistent with blunt force trauma. On Interstate 264 at approximately 6:30 p.m., Sullivan reportedly rear-ended another car, which led to the collision that the Louisville Metro Police Department investigated. As a result of the incident, neither the driver nor any of the passengers in the second vehicle suffered any kind of injury.
