Before she was born, her father, Gerald Anthony Browning, had already passed away. She never got to meet him. Roy Ice, her husband of 29 years, her mother Elizabeth “Betty” Browning, her brothers Alan Browning and Clifford Browning and their wives, Tricia and Christine, as well as her nieces and nephews Hadley, Cooper, Holly, John, Lauren, and Patrick Browning are the only ones left to carry on her legacy and honor her memory.
They will be joined in this endeavor by her husband of 29 years, Roy Ice. Visitation is scheduled to take place at the funeral home owned and operated by Ratterman and Sons on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 12 pm to 8 pm. The funeral home’s address is 10600 Taylorsville Rd. On the morning of Friday, May 19, 2023 at ten o’clock in the morning, a funeral mass for her will be held at St. Edward Catholic Church, which is located at 9608 Sue Helen Drive. Memorial contributions may be donated in place of flowers to Mercy Academy to establish the Julie Browning Ice Scholarship Fund. In her honor, the fund will be given that name.
