John Hoyt Obituary, Death – John’s birthday is on the 24th of August, and he was born in the year 1925 in the city of Boston, which is located in the state of Massachusetts. Both Samuel and Bertha Hoyt went away before their son John Hoyt was born, therefore they did not get the opportunity to witness the birth of their child.
John’s entire youth was spent in Boston, and he also completed his secondary school there. John moved away from Boston after he graduated from Boston Latin School. He was a city boy from birth and throughout his childhood. Soon after receiving his diploma from the English High School in Boston in 1943, he enlisted in the Army of the United States of America. He served in the military until the end of the war.
John served in the United States Army’s Signal Corps during World War II. As part of his military obligations, he spent some of his time in Hawaii. Up until the 1980s, John continued to serve his nation by joining the Army Reserves. He eventually attained the rank of Master Sergeant before leaving that branch of the armed forces.
Before John went into retirement after a career that spanned 43 years, he worked at NET&T in a variety of roles, including those of estimate assigner and toll service assigner in Cambridge and Marlboro. He eventually left NET&T to pursue other opportunities. John did finally resign from his position. During most of his life, John lived in many locations around New England, including Candia, New Hampshire, Dorchester, Massachusetts, and Medway, Massachusetts. He and Anna made Candia, New Hampshire, their permanent residence for a combined total of 28 years.
The majority of John’s life was spent in the region of New England. Grace Hoyt, who lives in Quincy, and Marie Hoyt, who lives in Hyannis, are John’s older sisters, and they both left before he did. Marie hailed from Quincy, and Grace had roots in Hyannis. After John’s departure, the only person he will leave behind is his wife Anna, to whom he had been married for the entire duration of their 57-year marriage.
