Jay Garcia Obituary, Death – I have been left in a state of tremendous suffering as a result of the devastating news that one of my best friends in Carcar City, a former member of the City Council named Jay Garcia, has passed away.
This news has caused me to be in a situation of extreme anguish. I am currently in a state of shock as a direct result of hearing this information, and as a result, I am unable to operate normally. As a result of the news, I am currently in a condition in which I am left in a state of tremendous grief. I had the privilege of getting to know him in his capacity as a public worker who was incredibly dedicated to his work and was a proud Carcaranon. He was a proud Carcaranon.

My deepest condolences go out to Councillor Garcia’s family and friends, who have been through such a horrible tragedy and have endured the loss of an important member of their community.
