Janet Gorski Obituary, Death – Jan Gorski, 64, died away on May 13, 2023, and he left behind a life full of love, travel, and wonderful memories. Her passing will leave a void in the hearts of her loved ones and the people who were lucky enough to call her friend.
Jan was born on January 22, 1959, and she has pursued several different things over the course of her life. She proved her dedication to computer science by obtaining a BA in the subject and a BS in mathematics with a minor in mathematics.
From Martin Marietta to Hughes Aircraft to Advanced Systems Engineering to CIBER to Scitor Corp., Jan devoted her career to many prestigious organizations.
Jan never tied the knot, but she had a wide network of loved ones who she spent time with. Her surviving siblings, Joann, John (Gina), and Jim (Brad), and her nieces and nephews, Tammy, James, Michelle, Jenny, Neil, Daniel, and Emily, all occupied a special place in her heart. Her great nieces, great nephews, and relatives will never forget her.
Jan was a woman who enjoyed a wide range of pursuits. Her wanderlust inspired her to visit far-flung places, and her passion for photography allowed her to record innumerable breathtaking moments.
She would go on thrilling walks and practice her love of birdwatching to reconnect with nature. She had an avid interest in learning about these fields because of her passion for archaeology and rock art. Jan also had a green thumb and a passion for reading, which she put to use in her garden.
As we say goodbye, we will remember her as an extraordinary woman who embraced each day with wonder, generosity, and joy. All who knew her were profoundly touched by her unconditional compassion and infectious energy.
Janet Louise Gorski’s devoted parents, Irene and Joseph, and her brother, Joe, have passed away. Although she is no longer with us in the flesh, her legacy will serve as a constant reminder to celebrate the miracles of life and cherish the people who mean the most to us.
