It was just recently discovered that the former owner of Cafe Express Deli had passed away. It is clear to me, based on the numerous anecdotes that he relayed to me, that he had a good impact on the lives of a very large number of individuals.
At the Runge Mortuary and Crematory in Davenport, Iowa, on the following Wednesday, May 24, 2023, there will be a memorial ceremony held in honor of James.
The reception will start at six in the evening and continue until seven thirty. Following the reception, the eulogies will be given.
