We can’t help but feel terrible about what’s happened, but we have no choice but to press on with the activity anyhow. In order to provide a venue for members of our community to congregate and celebrate Grafton, the First Nations House Indigenous Student Services will light a fire in the Earth Sciences Courtyard before daybreak today. In remembrance of Grafton, this get-together will take place at some point.
The fire will be started in the courtyard of the building that houses the Earth Sciences Department of the university.
