Elliot Fraser Obituary, Death – Today, we were informed that both Elliot Fraser and Jocky Tennant had passed away; we were given this piece of information today.
Everyone who was exposed to the information that these truths revealed experienced a profound level of shock. Both Elluot and Jocky were enthusiastic supporters of our yearly Christmas light turn-on, which brought a great lot of happiness to a significant number of the younger people who lived in the neighborhood.
This event was held on the night of December first. For many of the younger people living in the area, the most memorable part of the holiday season was spent at this gathering. The planning and execution of this event were shared responsibilities between Elliot and Jocky. Elliot and Jocky shared the view that this event was a tremendously successful one.
