Dayton Clarke Car Accident, Death – According to reports from WKYT, Clarke passed away as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident that took place in the city of Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department has stated that the NBA prospect was apparently driving away from a workout in Los Angeles when he ran a red light, crashed with an oncoming vehicle, and then went on to hit a pole and a brick wall.
All of these collisions occurred while he was attempting to leave the area. While moving at fast speeds, the NBA prospect was engaged in all of these collisions, which occurred while he was driving. The officer also stated that the 19-year-old was accused of driving without his seatbelt on and failing to properly secure it.
This charge has been brought up against him. Clarke was the only person riding as a passenger in the automobile that was involved in the deadly accident that took place on Winnetka Avenue at approximately 2:10 p.m. Pacific Time on the day in question. Winnetka Avenue was the location of the collision that took place. Along with him for the workout was his ex-teammate BJ Boston, who was also present for the session. Despite this, Boston drove himself there and sat in the vehicle that followed after Clarke on the way there.
