Chantelle Smith Obituary, Death – Chantelle Ann Smith, our devoted and much-loved mother, died away on the 19th day of May in the year 2023. We are telling you this news with a sense of loss and grief in our hearts, and we are sorry to have to do so. Throughout her suffering, Mom maintained an exemplary level of bravery and dignity.
She remained an inspiration to us throughout the course of her journey, shedding light on how important it is to cherish each and every moment of life as it unfolds before you. During this challenging time, love and support have been rained upon us in the form of prayers and financial gifts, and we are at a loss for words to adequately describe how grateful we are for these things. Your considerate deeds and sincere condolences provide us peace and serve as a reminder that we are not the only ones suffering through this challenging time. Thank you.
We would like to use this opportunity to offer an invitation to everyone who knew and loved our mother to join the memorial ceremony that will be held in her honor on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 10 a.m. at number 4 Lowry Terrace in Marewa. The date and location of the service have not yet been determined.
Following this, we will transport her to the Hawke’s Bay Crematorium located on Orchard Road in Hastings for the cremation service that will begin at one o’clock there.
