Brenda Allen Obituary, Death- At the age of 63, Brenda Kay Allen passed away on September 25, 2019, while a patient at the Hospice Inpatient Facility in Charles Town. She was summoned to her heavenly reward to be with the Lord.
She was born on December 11, 1955, in Ranson to a mother named Hazel Mae Bailey and a father named Joseph William Allen, but both of her parents had passed away before she was born. Brenda was a member of the House of Prayer, Church of God #4 congregation when she attended services there. She felt a strong connection to her place of worship. She worked there for a combined total of twenty-three years during her tenure there.
She is survived by her two sons, Tony Allen, Sr. and wife Montey of Ranson and Leon Allen and girlfriend Janet Cornelius of Martinsburg, as well as one daughter, Teasha Allen of Manhattan, New York, three brothers; Terry Allen of Martinsburg, Wesley Page and wife Lorna of Sacramento, California, and Don Hosby and wife Mary Smith-Hosby of Martinsburg, and two sisters; Karen Hill and Linda Page, both of Charles Town, as well as six grandchildren.
Marcus Her sister, Trudy M. Hosby, had already passed away before she did, making her the third member of her family to join her father and mother in the hereafter. A memorial service will be held on the following Friday, October 11, 2019, at 12 p.m. in the House of Prayer, Church of God #4, with Pastor Paul Brown serving as the officiant for the event.
