Bob Breen Obituary, Bob Breen Has Passed Away

Bob Breen Obituary, Death- It is with a great deal of regret and a heavy feeling in our hearts that we must inform you of the passing of Bob Breen, one of our most treasured clients. Bob and Maryanne, are loyal customers and members of the extended Sarape family.

have been patrons of the restaurant for many years. They were a regular member of our Friday night group and would typically take up residence at one of the booths. They celebrated important life moments and anniversaries with us, just like a lot of our other wonderful clients do. They were very excited to retire in Florida, but they explained to us that moving away would mean less time spent at El Sarape, which was unacceptable.

Not only do we miss the food, but more significantly, our staff members, who regarded us to be family just as much as we did the same about them. Bob never stopped trying to persuade me to launch a branch in the state of Florida, which he assured me he would support me in managing. He was always very happy when he came in and told us how close he was to perfecting recipes like our Pollo Monterrey because he cherished the opportunity to try his hand at recreating our dishes in his own kitchen.

They even planned a Cinco de Mayo celebration for their pals, despite the fact that they couldn’t be here with us to celebrate the holiday. It is possible that he even attempted to obtain recipes from Javier, Miguel, or me. During this incomprehensibly trying time, our thoughts and prayers are with Maryanne, her three daughters, her grandchildren, and all of Maryanne’s other family members. Bob’s enormous smile, contagious laugh, and bear-like hugs will be sorely missed by all of us here at El Sarape and by the Adame family.

I am aware that the previous few years have not been simple for anyone, and even though we have experienced the loss of other El Sarape Customers, we continue to keep all of their families in our thoughts and prayers. If you know Bob (or anyone else who is no longer with us), the next time you’re in, raise a glass of Margarita or Sangria for them, and I’m sure he will be beaming down from above at the thought of you doing so.
