My sister said Louisville was where she was last seen, but she messaged me on May 2 at 6:11 p.m. to say she was in Tennessee. She is not at any of the hospitals or jails we checked in the vicinity of where she was last seen. My mum is a current drug user. I am aware that she does not possess a phone or a vehicle.
