Adam Ohler Obituary, Death – Adam Ohler, 53 years old, a resident of Franklin, was determined to be the individual who passed away as a result of injuries sustained in an accident that took place on Tuesday morning in Robertson County. On Tuesday morning, about six o’clock, Ohler, who was driving a Volkswagen passenger car, was engaged in a collision with a pickup truck at the intersection of FM-1373 and State Highway 6.
Ohler, according to the Department of Public Safety, was the one driving the vehicle at the time of the incident. It was discovered that he had died at the location where he was found. Ohler was driving a Volkswagen that was driven by DPS Sgt. Justin Ruiz was in the direction of westbound FM-1371 when, according to investigating troopers, he refused to relinquish the right of way and was struck by a Ford F-250 that was traveling in the direction of northbound State Highway 6. Ohler was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Ruiz was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The individual who was operating the Ford vehicle at the time of the collision did not sustain any injuries.
